DerekWOODOn February 16th 2017, peacefully at his home in Denton surrounded by his loving family. Derek aged 80 years, the dearly loved husband and soul mate of Beattie. Much loved dad of Paul and Paula, devoted grandad of Wayne, Lewis and Ashley, great-grandad of Ava Rose and a dear brother and brother-in-law. Derek was a real character and a gentleman and will be very sadly missed by his loving family and friends and by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Service to take place at St Hilda's Church, Audenshaw on Friday 24th February at 10.30am, followed by interment at Audenshaw Cemetery at 11.30am. Family flowers only please, all donations if desired to The Alzheimer's Society or Cancer Research.
